Natural Treatment Options for Eczema

Eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis. is a chronic skin disorder appearing most often in babies but also in adults, characterized by itchy rashes and skin blisters that ooze and crust over. Most commonly affected areas of the body include the hands, wrists, face, neck, upper chest and back of knees. Prolonged periods of stress, as well as exposure to allergens and chemical irritants, can cause eczema to persist.

When seeking natural therapies to alleviate this frustrating skin condition, consider the following methods which have proved successul for many.
